Why I stopped talking angry to my electronical devices

This might sound a bit crazy, but I have decided to share it anyways , because why not? We all have our quirks and funny behaviors.

Since a while ago, I have decided that I won’t talk angry to any of my electronical devices anymore: I don’t swear at them, I don’t insult them and call them names. I am neutral and kind, no explosive, negative behaviors towards them anymore.

I am not a particular fan of technology and all the newest fancy-pants developments. I use it on a daily basis, but there is not much more interest than for my basic needs. If I have to replace one of my devices, I ask a friend that knows more about it for help. Ideally, I will get the exact same model, so I don’t have to deal with learning how to operate it.

When I got a car, I decided to lease one, so I don’t have the responsibility of owning it. I got the exact same model that I got with my ex-boyfriend. Same reason: no interest to learn a new technological device & a wish to feel safe on the streets :-).

This strategy has always been with me and it’s quite a while ago already where I read someone saying that they don’t insult their tech devices anymore and it just resonated with me, so I also stopped doing it. I know, they are not living beings, they don’t have feelings, neither lifes of their own… but, think about this:...
