Quick update: I am recovering

Hello my dearest subscribers,

I have not managed to finish writing my last Sunday post (I have it ca. 75% done in my drafts), cos I was processing some physical stuffs.

I don’t really like to say “I am sick”, but I guess this is what most people would say, while I prefer saying that I was processing and clearing out stuffs.

Mainly because I believe the words we use have a certain energy & meaning & I do not want to be “sick” but I DO want to process & clear things out of my system :).

It was still possible for me to do things, I wasn’t completely bed-ridden, but part of the clearing included an eye-inflammation, so I tried to not do so much screen work & rest my eyes.

Now my eye inflammation is almost gone, I interpreted it as something that regularly comes up in my life: to look inwards! NOT into the external.

Cos this is what I tend to do quite often, read things, listen to podcasts, ask stuffs etc.

I did get way better with it because by now I manage to meditate & pray daily, talk to the universe & god & listen to my body as well.

But once in a while I will still need a reminder that its my inside that knows! No one or nothing else but my body & soul & intuition.

And if I forget it for a while, my body will remind me, so it did this week :)

I decided to let you know about it & share it with you, cos in the end, I am also just this soul, walking around in a physical human body & life happens to all of us.

I am looking forward to finish my draft-piece soon & send it out to you in the next days!

We are all going through strange & intense & weird times on earth, on all kinds off levels. And we are all electromagnetic beings, just like the earth is & therefore all kinds of changing energies will affect us.

Remember to be kind to yourself, kind to others and reach out if you need help! Sometimes a kind exchange with someone you know & love & trust will do wonders!
