A couple of months ago, I had a sudden & very surprising breakdown, it was caused by a chicken I bought in the supermarket & I believe it was one of the situations that lead me to change certain things in my life.

So what happened?

I was feeling a bit under the weather, in the way that I noticed I might be getting sick & this does not happen too often, as I regularly am catching it early enough to eradicate it.

My strategy was to make a chicken soup, like I remember from being younger, today also knowing about its nutritional benefits for the body.

Important to know is that I am/was mainly vegetarian, or let’s say pescatarian & once in a while I also eat some moose meat that has locally been hunted here where I live.

I have also noticed minor health related issues, skin rashes, weight fluctuations, cravings, dry skin etc. Nothing major, but still irritating & I have tried many different approaches to “fix those”. Only partial successes.

This has lead me to slowly wondering and questioning a lot… fast forward, my chicken soup situation was one of the very clear wake-up calls I had on that journey.

Why you might wonder? Cos that complete chicken led me to a surprise breakdown… let’s start with what exactly happened…
