Is there a difference between business-time & personal-time?

...or is it the same?

This might be a weird question to ponder upon, it popped up in a conversation I had with a friend.

I told my friend about a recent business interaction I had, where I came up with a quote for a service, was for about to send it out, but something stopped me, cos I realized I was underselling myself immensely.

So I adjusted the quote and sent the email, notifying that I would share a complementary voicemail on whatsapp to my client, explaining my process & thoughts. I also sent my friend this 6min voicemail, because for me it was a drastic revelation realizing my value in that moment.

He told with me what he thought, which was basically: he never heard anyone speaking like this to a client.
